Return Of a Wanderer

Hello all those out there who have stumbled into my world, or those who follow the progress of our little shop. Welcome! I want to apologize first for the gap in my contributions. The juggling act of life had been an uphill battle and so I took a break. Bitsy thought it would be the perfect time for a sabbatical for the both of us. I wish that we were large enough that there could have been someone to sub in for one or both of us but there is still a deal in the works with the gnomes and phantoms to be able to employ them. Some paperwork and cross dimensional employment tax issues but we won’t get into that. Any way we are back in the grove and I want to give you a little summary of our journey and then talk to you about what to expect.

When I last updated you I spoke of the letters, that had come into my possession, that would be inspiration for the next product release. Well, I ran into a creative block when working with them. Bitsy inspired me, as she normally does, with a solution. She suggested that we take a trip into the Fae Realm to both explore and make a request.

In many ways it was a vacation. But also allowed me to see where Bitsy came from, and get inspiration for what is to come. In later updates Bitsy and I will talk to you about how I got a ticket to the Fae Realm, what we did there, and who I made the request to. But, today I will give a little bit about the request.

Once in the Fae Realm I was able to make a request, with the assistance of the letters from Jane Valentine, to be transported to her dimension. So, much like Alice went through the Looking Glass, I was given access to go through such a portal to Janes world. Once there I was able to meet Jane in person. In later posts I will reveal more on how her letters came into my possession, and how I was able to contact her cross dimensionally. But that is for another day. On this journey, much as Bitsy predicted, speaking with Jane face to face was what I needed to unblock that creative damn and finally be able to flow forward with the project that I hinted at in our last post almost a year ago.

That is what took so long. I had multi dimensional transportation and Fae Realm time to deal with. As Bitsy will explain in later editions, the Fae Realm works on a different understanding of time all together. Ultimately, what was meant to be a short trip where I returned a few months behind schedule, turned into almost half a year of time spent not in this world.

But, I promise you that time spent away will ultimately only benefit our little shop in the long run. Much as Bitsy says: “A new perspective is sometimes all it takes to know how to come at a project.” And she does that a lot, because being so little she has to figure out how to do things differently and how to relate things to me when I can’t understand.

Wow, I really haven’t revealed much in this post, and basically just keep telling you to come back for more in later Blog posts. But, that’s mostly because we just got back and are just settling in. Plus, I feel with such a long break, that an update of some sort was deserved. But ultimately a longer explanation will be needed later. This trip was a big step in getting us the “Nod” to open the window the Realms. Bitsy and I are now authorized to talk more about the Realms and thus, these posts can act as your portal to them. We might not have gotten permission to open travel yet but at least we can show you some of what is on the other side.

In the coming months our roll out of products and blog posts will be a little different. Mostly because the trip reconfigured my plans. But there is more to come, it won’t just be blankets and promises of “That’s for another time.” So remember, as Bilbo said in Tolkien’s work “All that wander are not Lost.” Which is true in so many ways. I wandered into the Fae Realm with my friend and have returned finding inspiration and ultimately myself.
